How the Weekend Works
Here at Reverie, we realize your wedding is one of the most important events of your life. For that reason, we strive to provide you with a relaxed and meaningful weekend experience. Our $2,750 venue rental fee includes:
Friday
You’ll have a full 8 hours to get everything set up and complete your rehearsal. The venue is exclusively yours, so friends and family can participate in the entire day with you. Leave for the evening relaxed and knowing you are ready for the big day.

9:00 AM to Noon
Additional hours can be purchased for a simple $150/hr with Reverie approval giving you flexibility to customize access to your specific needs.
Access hours, approved uses, vendor requirements, alcohol requirements, security, insurance, and all other rental conditions are governed by the signed Reverie rental agreement.

Ceremony
Ceremonies here happen with water on three sides and a roof overhead — which means your photographer gets reflections and the pavilion frames your vows. If the forecast turns, the barn becomes the backup without anyone scrambling.
Reception
The barn is finished, draped and lit before you arrive, so your decorating budget goes toward flowers and details instead of covering up walls.

Our three-bedroom farmhouse sleeps up to 10 guests on the property — ideal for wedding weekends, retreats and reunions near Normangee and Bryan–College Station.
Why Reverie?
Time, privacy and room to breathe change how a wedding day feels. The standard rental gives you Friday for setup and rehearsal, all day Saturday for the celebration and Sunday morning to wrap up — in a private venue area with a lakeside pavilion, an 80 x 80 barn and a farmhouse available separately for the people closest to you. Other portions of the Diamond D property may eventually include amenities such as RV spaces or cabins, but your wedding venue area is reserved for your event.
Once I Book Reverie, How Do I Want to Plan My Wedding?

You plan it. You choose your vendors. You stay in control.
Want to plan it your way? Bring your own vendors, decorations, food and drinks while keeping full control of your day. We'll make sure the property is ready for your celebration.

Don't want to coordinate and pay multiple vendors yourself? Reverie can work with you to create a customized Venue-Managed Wedding Package based on the services you select.
Separate from the base venue rental, this service is custom-priced around your guest count, selected services and event needs.
