How do I schedule a venue tour?

Send us an inquiry through the contact form, or call or text us. We offer pre-event site visits to booked couples, and we're glad to walk the property with you before you decide.

Can we host both our ceremony and reception at Diamond D?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your rental includes 100 outdoor ceremony chairs plus the 20 x 20 covered pavilion over the water with the 9-acre lake behind it, and the 80 x 80 barn with white draping and chandeliers for the reception. Guests never have to drive between venues.

What is included with the venue rental?

The $2,750 rental covers Friday setup and rehearsal, all day Saturday for your event and Sunday 9 AM to Noon to gather your belongings and complete cleanup. It includes the barn, the lakeside pavilion, the bride's and groom's rooms, multi-stall restrooms, a large parking lot, 21 eight-foot tables, 150 white resin chairs, 100 outdoor ceremony chairs, and free use of our decoration library.

Can we get extra time beyond the standard weekend hours?

Often, yes. Your rental covers Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 11 PM and Sunday 9 AM to noon. If you need more time, additional hours can be purchased for $150/hr with Reverie approval, based on the schedule that weekend. Ask us when you check your date and we will tell you what is possible.

Does the venue offer overnight accommodations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A 1,800 square foot, three-bedroom, two-bath farmhouse on the property is available to book separately with a two-night minimum stay. It sleeps your party in three queen bedrooms, with two convertible sofas for up to four additional guests.

Are RV accommodations available?

RV sites are coming soon. In the meantime, campers are welcome on the property — just let us know what you're bringing and we'll work with you.

Can we bring our own caterer, bar and vendors?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You may bring your own vendors, subject to venue approval. Our preferred vendor list is a resource only — it is never required, and we receive no commissions from any vendor. A Reverie-sourced police officer is required if alcohol is being served.

What deposit is required to book a date?

A $275 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract reserve your date. The remaining balance is due thirty days before the event, and we're happy to set up a monthly payment plan.

How far is the venue from Bryan/College Station?

Normangee sits northwest of Bryan/College Station, an easy drive up Highway 21 and OSR for most Brazos Valley guests. Reach out and we'll send exact directions from your starting point.

How far is the venue from Madisonville?

Accepted Answer

Madisonville is one of our closest neighboring towns, a short drive east of Normangee. We'll include a driving time estimate with your tour confirmation.

How do we check available wedding dates?
