Need more time? Additional hours can be purchased for $150/hr with Reverie approval.
Optional lodging, upgrades and additional services may be available. Ask us about the on-site farmhouse and other add-ons during your tour.
Access hours, approved uses, vendor requirements, alcohol requirements, security, insurance, and all other rental conditions are governed by the signed Reverie rental agreement.

Option One
Bring Your Own
You plan it. You choose your vendors. You stay in control.
Want to plan it your way? Bring your own vendors, decorations, food and drinks while keeping full control of your day. We'll make sure the property is ready for your celebration.
- Bring your own caterer, bar and vendors, subject to approval
- Bring your own decorations or borrow from our collection
- Pre-event site visits to help plan your layout
- You hire, coordinate and pay your vendors directly

Celebrate in the 80 × 80 barn with white draping, chandeliers, tables and chairs already included.

The Reverie Farmhouse
The 1,800 sq. ft. farmhouse has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so your closest people can wake up right where the weekend is happening. It is booked separately from the $2,750 venue rental, with a two-night minimum stay.
