One Price
What Every Event Rental Includes
$2,750 covers friday, saturday and sunday access — not an hourly block. Here is what comes with the property before you add a single vendor.
- 80 x 80 barn with white draping and large chandeliers inside and out
- 20 x 20 covered pavilion over the water, with a 9-acre lake as your backdrop
- Both lakes are stocked and available for catch-and-release fishing.
- Bride's and Groom's rooms
- Large, multi-stall restrooms
- Large parking lot
- 21 eight-foot rectangular tables
- 150 white resin chairs
- 100 outdoor ceremony chairs
- Pre-event site visits
- Bring your own food, liquor, vendors and decorations, subject to Reverie approval, or have Reverie source and manage them
