The Room You Keep Wishing Your Town Had
Anyone who has tried to host a hundred-person birthday, a reunion or a fundraiser in a small Texas town knows the options: a church fellowship hall with a two-hour limit, a restaurant back room where you cannot control the noise, or somebody's backyard and a rented tent you have to set up yourself.
Reverie at Diamond D is the fourth option. An 80 x 80 draped barn with chandeliers, a covered pavilion over a nine-acre lake, private changing rooms, multi-stall restrooms, a large parking lot and enough tables and chairs for 150 people — all included in the rental.
We are near Normangee, an easy drive from Madisonville, Centerville, Bryan, College Station and Huntsville, which makes us a practical middle ground for families spread across the Brazos Valley and East Texas.
Indoors and Out
A draped barn for the meal and the dancing, a covered lakeside pavilion for the ceremony, the toast or the quiet part. Weather is already handled.
Furniture Included
21 eight-foot tables, 150 white resin chairs and 100 outdoor chairs — plus a decor library you're free to use at no extra charge.
Genuinely Flexible
Bring your own bar and preferred vendors, subject to venue approval. Tell us what you have planned and we'll work through the details with you.
The Setup
One Rental, Every Piece You Need
Rentals are where private-event budgets quietly fall apart. Tables, chairs, an arbor, lanterns, a bar — each one is a phone call, a delivery window and a line item.
Here they are already on the property. The barn comes draped with chandeliers, the tables and chairs are on site, and the decoration library — rustic doors and shutters, a circle arbor, lanterns, a tin bar with marquee lights, easels, antique pews, a vintage couch, a road letter sign and wooden spools — is free for you to use.

The Weekend
Time to Set Up and Time to Breathe
Friday from 9 to 5 is yours for setup, which for a reunion or a fundraiser is the difference between a calm morning and a panic. Saturday runs 9 AM to 11 PM. Sunday you get three hours to gather your belongings and complete cleanup.
For families driving in from out of state, the farmhouse on the property sleeps up to ten and campers are welcome, so the weekend becomes the event rather than the four hours in the middle of it.
