Come tour. Meet vendors. Imagine your event here. There is no ticket and no pressure — walk in any time during the two hours, take your time, and ask every question on your list.

What You Can Do That Afternoon

• Tour the venue. Walk the draped barn, the covered patio, the lakeside pavilion and the grounds — indoors and out. See our venue spaces in person instead of on a screen.
• Meet local vendors. Photographers, videographers, florists, planners, DJs and coordinators who work here regularly will be on site.
• Cake tastings. Sample desserts from local bakers who serve the Brazos Valley.
• Meet makeup and hair artists. Talk through your look with pros who know the light and timing here.
• Ask about dates. Bring your season, guest count and budget questions. We will pull up the calendar with you.

Who Should Come

• Couples planning a 2027 or 2028 wedding who want to compare venues in one afternoon
• Families planning a quinceañera and needing room for the court and the vals
• Anyone planning a private event — reunion, milestone birthday, shower or banquet
• Companies looking at a retreat or off-site with room to actually spread out

Bring the Decision-Makers

The visits that end in a booking are almost always the ones where everyone who has a say came together. Bring your partner, your parents, your planner — whoever is helping you decide. It saves a second trip and a lot of group texts.

Staying the Weekend

We are about an hour from Bryan–College Station and roughly two hours from Houston. If you are driving in from farther out, ask about the on-site farmhouse and accommodations while you are here — a lot of couples turn their wedding into a full weekend once they see the setup.

Can't Make October 25?

That is fine. Private tours run year-round by appointment, and we would rather meet you one-on-one than have you miss the property entirely. Reach out and we'll schedule a tour that fits your calendar.
