A Venue That Doesn't Rush the Most Important Night of the Year
A quinceañera is not a two-hour party. There is the mass or the blessing, the entrance, the vals, the changing of the shoes, the surprise dance, the toasts, dinner, and then the part where the DJ takes over and nobody sits down again. Most event halls in Central Texas sell you a block of hours and start watching the clock.
Reverie at Diamond D sells you the weekend. Friday is for decorating and running the dances with the court. Saturday, from morning until 11 PM, is entirely yours. Sunday morning you come back and load out without anyone standing over you.
The property sits outside Normangee, an easy drive from Madisonville, Bryan, College Station and Centerville — close enough for the whole family, private enough that the celebration belongs to you alone.
Space for a Full Court
An 80 x 80 barn floor with white draping and chandeliers already hung, plus a covered pavilion and open lawn when the party spills outside.
Your Food, Your Music
Bring the caterer your family already trusts, subject to venue approval. Your DJ or your band, your playlist — our vendor list is a resource, never a requirement.
One Clear Price
$2,750 for Friday through Sunday, with 21 tables, 150 white resin chairs and 100 outdoor ceremony chairs included in the rental.
The Barn
A Ballroom Feel Without the Ballroom Rules
The barn is fully draped in white with large chandeliers inside and out, so it photographs beautifully before you add a single decoration. Families who want colour bring their own — the neutral backdrop takes anything from deep burgundy to blush to royal blue.
Because the space is yours from Friday morning, decorating stops being a frantic three-hour scramble. Set the tables, hang what you brought, walk the entrance path, and let the court practise in the actual room they will dance in.

Outdoors
Photographs Nobody Else in Town Will Have
The 20 x 20 covered pavilion is built out over a nine-acre stocked lake. It is where couples say their vows, and it is where quinceañera portraits turn out best — water behind you, open Texas sky above, and no parking lot in the frame.
Photographers get golden hour on open pasture, the lake, the barn doors and the front porch of the farmhouse without ever moving vehicles between locations.

What Comes With Your Quinceañera Rental
Everything below is part of the $2,750 weekend rental. There is no minimum spend on food or bar, and additional hours can be purchased for $150/hr with Reverie approval.
- Friday 9 AM – 5 PM for decorating and dance rehearsal
- Saturday 9 AM – 11 PM for the full celebration
- Sunday 9 AM to Noon to gather your belongings and complete cleanup
