Four Spaces, One Rental
Your booking reserves the venue for your event all weekend — not a room inside a shared building. Additional hours can be purchased for $150/hr with Reverie approval.
The Lake Pavilion
20 x 20 covered pavilion over the water, with a nine-acre stocked lake behind it.
Getting-Ready Rooms
Separate bride's and groom's rooms on site, so nobody is driving in hair and makeup.
The Grounds
Two stocked lakes open to catch-and-release fishing, open acreage for photos, and a large parking lot.

We strive to accommodate your plans for decorations and outdoor activities throughout the property, subject to venue approval.
Booking & Rules
The Straight Answers
Rental Rate
$2,750 — Friday, Saturday and Sunday access.
Deposit
A $275 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract reserve your date. The remaining balance is due thirty days before the event.
Payment Plans
Pay in full or set up a monthly payment plan — we're happy to work with you.
Security
A Reverie-sourced police officer is required if alcohol is being served.
Insurance
Wedding liability insurance is required to cover injuries, property damage or alcohol-related accidents. Most policies cost around $100.
Guest Count
Tables and chairs are included for 150. Ask us about larger counts — we'll tell you honestly what the space handles.
Access hours, approved uses, vendor requirements, alcohol requirements, security, insurance, and all other rental conditions are governed by the signed Reverie rental agreement.
