Reverie at Diamond D sits northwest of Bryan on the Leon and Madison county line in Normangee. It is a short highway drive for guests coming from Bryan, College Station and the Texas A&M area, and it buys you something an in-town venue physically cannot — a private 9-acre-lake property that belongs to your family from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon.

Normangee is a straightforward highway drive from Bryan, College Station, Madisonville and Centerville. Guests can drive in for the day; your wedding party can stay the weekend.

The $2,750 rental covers Friday 9 AM–5 PM for setup and rehearsal, Saturday 9 AM–11 PM for your wedding, and Sunday 9 AM to Noon to gather your belongings and complete cleanup.

The Setting
A 9-acre lake instead of a hotel wall
The covered 20 x 20 pavilion sits over the water with the lake behind it, which means your ceremony photos have depth and light that no indoor room can produce. Both lakes on the property are stocked and can be fished (catch and release) — plenty of families make that part of the weekend.
If weather turns, the draped barn is a few steps away and works as a real ceremony space, not a fallback nobody wants. Having both under one rental is the practical reason outdoor-minded Texas couples book here.
Where Guests Sleep
Lodging for the wedding party, on the property
The 1,800 square foot farmhouse — three bedrooms, two baths, right on the property — is available to book separately with a two-night minimum stay. Three queen bedrooms plus two convertible sofas mean the getting-ready crew wakes up already on site.
The farmhouse is booked separately from the venue rental and is not included in the $2,750. Guests traveling in from Bryan, College Station, Huntsville or Madisonville also have hotel options in those towns.
