Why lodging on the property changes your wedding morning
Couples usually start looking for a wedding venue with lodging after they map the logistics: hair and makeup starting at 7 AM, a wedding party spread across three hotels, someone driving a dress across town, and a parent making a second trip for forgotten shoes.
Having somewhere to sleep on or beside the property removes most of that. At Reverie at Diamond D the on-site farmhouse sits right on the property, steps from the barn, so your wedding morning starts where the wedding is.
Below is exactly what the farmhouse is, what it sleeps, and — just as importantly — what is and is not included in the venue rental. We would rather you know the boundary before you tour.
1,800 sq ft, three bedrooms, two baths
Queen beds in all three bedrooms with quality linens, plus two sofas that convert for up to four more guests.
Available with a two-night minimum
Rent it for the wedding weekend so setup day and wedding morning both happen on site.
Booked separately
The farmhouse is not part of the $2,750 venue rental. It is its own booking, and availability is confirmed per date.
Getting Ready
A real house instead of a hotel room
Hair and makeup for a full wedding party needs counter space, outlets, light and somewhere for everyone else to sit. A three-bedroom house handles that far better than a hotel room with one mirror.
There is a full kitchen — oven and stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer, Keurig and dishwasher — so breakfast, coffee and lunch happen without a food run. Dining seats eight, plus bar-style seating at the window.

What is included, and what is not
The venue rental covers the property and the event spaces. Lodging is a separate arrangement, and we do not want anyone assuming otherwise while budgeting.
For guests beyond the farmhouse, hotels in Madisonville, Huntsville and Bryan–College Station are the practical options, and we are glad to point families in the right direction when you send your guest count.

- Separate: farmhouse lodging, catering, bar service, required security when alcohol is served, wedding liability insurance

Late Night
Fewer cars on the road after the send-off
An 11 PM Saturday finish is the point in the night when transportation planning matters most. Every person sleeping on the property is one fewer late-night drive to arrange.
It also makes Sunday's relaxed load-out realistic. With three hours to gather your belongings and complete cleanup, and people already on site, the last hour of your wedding weekend is not a scramble.
