Compare what's included — not just the starting price
A $2,000 venue that rents six hours, charges for the rehearsal, requires its own caterer and bills for cleanup is not cheaper than a $2,750 venue that includes three days, the furniture and your choice of vendors. It just looks cheaper on a website.
We are not going to claim Reverie at Diamond D is the least expensive venue near Bryan–College Station — we have no way to verify that against every venue's current contract, and neither does anyone else making that claim.
What we can do is publish exactly what our rental covers and exactly what it does not, so you can build a true side-by-side. Use the same list on every venue you tour.
$2,750 for the weekend
Friday 9 AM–5 PM setup and rehearsal, Saturday 9 AM–11 PM for the event, Sunday 9 AM to Noon to gather your belongings and complete cleanup.
$275 holds the date
A non-refundable deposit and signed contract reserve it. The balance is due thirty days out, and monthly payment plans are available.
Furniture included
21 eight-foot tables, 150 white resin chairs and 100 outdoor ceremony chairs — line items many venues rent back to you.
In the Rental
Costs you do not pay twice here
These are all included in the base rental. On a lot of comparison sheets each one of them appears as a separate charge somewhere else.
That is the practical case for value here: the number on the contract is close to the number you actually spend on the venue.

Budget Separately
What is not included, stated plainly
Nobody should discover these at contract signing. Build them into your budget from the start.
Because you choose your own vendors for all of these, you control the price on each one rather than accepting a venue package rate.
- Catering and bar — you bring your own food and liquor, subject to Reverie approval
- Licensed, insured security when alcohol is served
- Wedding liability insurance — most policies cost around $100
- Farmhouse lodging, booked separately with a two-night minimum stay
- Florals, photography, music, cake, coordination and any rentals beyond the included furniture
